The Dallas Opera First Sight/First Night Patron Party

An amethyst sunset provided the perfect backdrop to the First Sight/First Night Patron party, hosted by the Dallas Opera and Bvlgari. Held at the sprawling and picturesque estate of Roxanne and Gene Phillips, the party featured opera salon performances by Dallas Opera pianist Kirk Severtson and tenor Andrew Stenson, who makes his TDO debut as Steersman in Wagner’s The Flying Dutchman on October 12th (buy tickets here). Pieces from Bvlgari's Roma collection and a handpicked selection of limited edition jewelry, including a one-in-six Serpenti necklace, was displayed and available to purchase, with some proceeds going to the Dallas Opera. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres catered by Eating Royally, owned and led by Chef Darren McGrady, a former chef to Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II and the late Princess Diana. There has never been a better time to be a Dallas Opera Patron, and with the opening of the 2018-2019 season soon upon us, it's never too late to grab your tickets!
